I lost some of that going from Community Server to WordPress and didn’t realize it in time.  I’ve put some of it back together, but not the converter…. yet.  If you still need some help I’ll do what I can.  I can’t find the original map so that makes part of the process hard :/  Let me know and I’ll bump it up the list if you still need it.

Sorry for the off-topic comment here. Your blog post about “The WPF Mindset” appears to be partially unavailable: the images in the post are unavailable, as is the source. I was wondering if there was any way to obtain the source, at least. I can put together something from what is available on the webpage, but the implementation of IMultiValueConverter is only available from source.
